Windows 10 will be getting a big refresh thanks to the Fall Creators Update which is set to have a release date next week.
The Fall Creators Update brings with it a number of big changes like the new Timeline feature, the Fluent Design System and mixed reality support.
It’s the second Creators Update to hit Windows 10 this year and follows on from the massive patch that Microsoft launched back in April.
A month later the Redmond-based tech giant revealed to the world the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update at the annual Build conference.
Here are the headline features for the update:
• Timeline – Lets you start work on one device and pick up on another
• Story Remix – A brand new video editor for Windows 10
• View 3D objects in your world thanks to the camera on your PC
• Mixed reality support
And while we are now just days away from getting to grips with these new features, some users may face a long wait to download the Windows 10 update.
